Due to the sensitive nature of our research-grade materials, our return process is designed to maintain product integrity and compliance with laboratory safety standards.

⚠️ Important Note

Because our products are for research use only and cannot be resold once opened,
we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped (our fulfillment error)
  • Product was damaged in transit
  • Temperature-sensitive items arrived compromised
  • Product packaging or vial was defective upon arrival

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our support team within
7 days of delivery at

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, our team will provide you with return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Products must be shipped back within 5 business days of return approval.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Refunds for Returned Items

If your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where
the return was due to our error.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within
48 hours of receipt. Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products
to ensure a fast resolution.
